I hired SolarNinjas in 2019 to do a residential overhead to underground conversation of a AC power secondary cable. This installation work included two new AC Distribution Panels and Communication Cabinets in my house and garage.
The project manager (John) was also the lead electrician who worked on the installation. John is very knowledgeable about the Canadian Electrical Code and made extra effort to ensure that everything was done correctly. He was also quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had about the installation work.
In parallel with the electrical work that SolarNinjas was doing at my property, I had hired other contractors for different home renovation work. John ensured that the electrical work was done on time to not interfere with the other contractors’ work.

If you’re looking for a solar install done with care and quality, Solar Ninjas is the company to go to. They are completely transparent in their process, take a ton of photos, and do a great job. Kyle especially was great, always going above and beyond with communication and updates.
Mike and Kyle are probably the most experienced solar installers in town and have all the right connections to get things through the process fast. I never had to wait for permits or other things.
The truth about this industry is that unfortunately, there are a lot of companies out there that have come in to make a quick buck and destroy your roof in the process. Don’t cheap out when it comes to the roof of your house and pick a company like Solar Ninjas that prides itself on top notch quality.

We had the pleasure of working with SolarNinjas on two occasions. First was the installation of a charging outlet in the garage for our electric car. This included the upgrade of our main electrical panel for additional capacity, and to future-proof for the addition of Solar PV.
