I had a plug drain in my basement. The city came and determined that the city drain system was cleared and that I need a plumber. This is when I contacted Drain King. Their customer service was excellent. They sent someone to clear the drain and sent a camera into the pipe. The pipe was open. However, they prefer to schedule a power flush to “push” things along. That technician arrived shortly after. The next day they contacted me for a follow up visit to sent a “snake” down again followed with the camera just to make sure the clogged pipe was definitely clear. That’s what I call SERVICE. I would have no hesitation to recommend this outfit to anyone.

Jacob from Drain Rescue did a fabulous job restoring the water flow from what we thought was merely a clogged kitchen sink. After repeatedly snaking the drain, he ascertained that the cause was a thoroughly rust clogged 80 year old cast iron pipe in the basement which he replaced with plastic and then reconnected it to the large drainage pipe leading to the street from underneath the concrete floor in the basement. He and his assistant completed the job in under 4 hours and after testing multiple times for leaks, left the hou
