Neil was prompt to reply to my inquiry for some troubleshooting for an electric panel giving off a suspicious smell when my dryer was running, some outlets that werent working and the replacement of a light fixture. He was up front about pricing and was able to come investigate the issue within a couple of business days. He was good about communicating his arrival time ahead of time, listened to the problems I was having and was quickly able to identify the issue with the electrical panel, all while making sure I understood the process. The breakers for my 30-year-old panel arent commercially available anymore but he had some refurbished breakers and was able to replace the problematic one. He also replaced my older light fixture. The entire experience was very positive; he was very friendly and competent, and Ive had no problems with my electrical since he fixed it. The cost was also quite reasonable. Le Roux did an excellent job! Had a complicated installation of sub panel and junction box to wire up a kitchenette and its appliances. He also had to fix up a botched job by a really shady “electrician” (Simic from High End electrical – AVOID him at all costs.. he deleted my horrible review!!) who cut a major power cord while trying to open up drywall then taped the wire.
