Gary was first referred to me by a leading residential developer in Winnipeg when we were building a substantial new home at 81 Waterloo St in River Heights. After reviewing a number of other proposals, we selected Gary and 3 Seasons to do our entire property. This included complete design, pricing, material selection, sub-trade management, installation and equipment setup. Gary and his team oversaw the installation of our driveway and numerous stone retention walls, a high-end cedar fence around the entire back yard, a complete back yard stone patio installation and stone front entrance, underground sprinkler setup and installation, custom accent lighting in both front and back yards, yard grading, elaborate gardens in both front and back yards, complete sod installation as well as numerous other items which came up during the process as a result of our own design changes.

 Gary’s team was exceptionally good. They were at all times knowledgeable, professional, timely and most-impressively within the budget guidelines we originally established. Put simply, this was a big job with many different facets to it, and they handled it perfectly.
