Mack from Laird & Sons was fantastic! We had him here last week just before Christmas when our furnace was short cycling. He was able to fix the problem quickly, and did a quick check on the rest of the furnace to make sure it was in good shape – while doing that he noticed that our humidifier wasn’t working properly.

Just had him back today (now that the parts arrived) and he fixed that as well. Mack was amazing, cannot recommend highly enough!
