Just bought my IKEA kitchen and these guys were awesome. They installed our kitchen and were beyond excellent. They think outside the box, is not just install, they were worried if is going to work and if it’s going to look good. Installed all one day. Very happy with the result. Would highly recommend.
If you’re a type-A person who loves to know exactly what is expected of you and your service provider, you definitely want to book Modus. I am that person and I loved that Modus had an online portal with all quotes, invoicing, scheduling for me to access. I loved that they had a ton of information to provide on what to do to prep the space, what their scope of work is, when to call the other trades (electrical, plumbing, flooring) and essentially how to make the kitchen renovation go as smoothly as possible. I followed all their guidelines, had them do the kitchen measurements, used them for the ikea kitchen planning service, and was thrilled when they asked to review the final ikea order to ensure we had everything we needed on install day. – Victoria – Neide

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff Modus helped us with advice on orders from IKEA, connected often as we got ready for install and were very professional. The demo crew was awesome and they worked hard and tackled some unexpected situations without a single complaint. The install crew were a finely tuned machine and fun to watch. Modus supplied both demolition and install for our ikea kitchen. I would suggest to anyone especially if you live in a condo to have Modus complete your demolition. They took out our flooring, tiles and old cupboards for the install of our kitchen. They were quick efficient and followed all condo rules and disposed of everything. Modus came a week later to install cupboards and other than a few doors missing and a 30 inch drawer came back and finished that install. Very pleased with everything and the professionalism of the whole group, right from the measurements and design crew, demolition to install. Thank you Modus. – Ann
